SkinStudio Help
Just grabbed WinBlinds on my new computer along with a skin I really like. The only problem is that the taskbar is a bit too small for my likings. I messed around in Skinstudio for about an hour last night to no avail. Help!

Changing the content margins of the taskbar buttons (Taskbar -> Taskbar Button -> Vertical and Flashing) and the tray (Taskbar -> System Tray -> Horizontal Tray) should help. Bigger content margins make bigger task bars and vice versa. That seems to true for UIS1+ at least. I don't do anything with UIS2, but I cannot think of a reason why it shouldn't work there either.

Alternatively, you could make it bigger by right-clicking on it, unlocking it and dragging from the resize bar to the desired height/width.
You might need to fool around and drag the different toolbars around on it (
quick launch, links, etc
) to get the desired effect but you can end up with a nice taskbar.
I have it set at double height with the tasks at the bottom, the quick launch and links on the top left and the address bar on the top right and it works and looks great.
Just another option to take into account.

Rbeeger is right, also keep in mind that the contents margins and the sizing margins will both work together under certain instances. the contents margins control where the contents of the selected image will be placed by the skin, they also control how big the contents are. Just becareful in playing with them, because it will also distort your image to fit the contents. Also, also, keep in mind that you may have to adjust all of the other images within the taskbar to suit the size.
Take care, I hope this helps!

Open WindowBlinds Config, user overrides, select large taskbar in drop list, apply changes.

Changing the content margins of the taskbar buttons
You would also have to change font size, will vary by font, was just playing with this, to make a very small change
had to change font size to 20, which is to big, looks out of place. This was with hooge 05 53, font weight semi bold
this is a large font, for say arial would most likely have to go bigger as it is a lighter font. You would have to do this
for every skin, would be using a lot of time to make a 1/8 inch difference.
